JSO canceled contract will jail healthcare provider Armor, hire NaphCare amid controversy

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office will end its contract with Armor Correctional Healthcare, Sheriff T.K. Waters announced Tuesday, after the Duval County jail health care provider became subject to a state investigation.
