and ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8mb4 COLLATE=utf8mb4_0900_ai_ci; with: ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8 COLLATE=utf8_general_ci; But that results in another error, namely, ‘utf8mb4_general_ci’ is not valid for CHARACTER SET ‘utf8’. Another solution is to change the settings as seen in this photo here But I cannot find those settings.
